Product Summary
The ULN2064B is the 1.5A quad darlington switch which is designed to interface logic to a wide variety of high current,highvoltageloads, the device each contains four NPN darlington switches delivering up to 1.5 A with a specifiedminimum breakdownof 50 V and a sustaining voltage of 35 V measured at 100mA. The ULN2064B contains integral suppression diodes for inductive loads have common emitters.
